Who I am

A growth and commercialization leader who delivers change

During my career, I have built, scaled, developed, and at times also wound down businesses.

My path has gone from entrepreneurship to organizational leadership and digital business development. I combine strategic thinking with practical execution, and I enjoy defining direction as much as delivering it.

I am motivated by understanding the new, finding models that work, and the moment when a messy situation starts to become logical. I value discussions where new things are built, not only reported.

Outside work, movement and nature help me recover. Sports and fly fishing are where clear thinking often happens.

I have over 10 years of experience leading teams in different kinds of situations.

I have held full P&L responsibility and led transformation programs. At Fonecta, for example, I delivered around +30% efficiency improvement in less than six months.

I led a restructuring and controlled ramp-down while balancing all stakeholder needs and staying fully within budget.

I built an e-commerce company, served as CEO, and later as Sales and Marketing Director. This gave me broad understanding of how different business functions connect.

I have end-to-end understanding of digital business from systems, sales, and marketing perspectives.
