Collaboration

I selectively collaborate with companies, owners, and leadership teams, especially around growth, commercialization, digital business, leadership, and practical AI adoption. I am most interested in situations where an outside perspective, sharper commercial thinking, clearer focus, or practical sparring is needed.

Collaboration can take different forms, such as an advisory role, mentoring, board work, focused consulting, or selected expert content. I do not offer broad consulting packages. I choose situations where I believe I can bring clear, meaningful value.

In many cases, the core need is to clarify the direction of growth, sales, and marketing, or to strengthen the commercial focus of execution. Sometimes the need is about developing digital business, improving the sales-marketing connection, or finding a practical way to use data and AI in support of business outcomes.

Growth and commercialization

In growth and commercialization, I am especially interested in where growth is truly created, what is worth focusing on, and how commercial execution supports business goals without fragmenting effort across too many directions.

Sales and marketing alignment

In sales and marketing, the biggest development opportunity is usually not one channel or one campaign. It is how the full commercial system works together. I especially enjoy working on cases where that connection needs to be strengthened.

Digital business

In digital business development, I focus especially on customer acquisition, content, services, and commercial customer journeys. In practice, this is often about making digital solutions support the business better, not only look convincing on paper.

AI in business

My perspective on AI is practical. I am interested in how AI can support work, decision-making, marketing, sales, and expert work so that it creates real value, rather than just adding new tools alongside old ways of working.

Leadership and change

In leadership and change, I bring perspective to situations where clarity, focus, and practical execution are needed. I am particularly interested in cases where strategy, people, and daily work need to function better together.
