About me

I am motivated by clarity, growth, and work that feels meaningful. I am naturally curious and analytical: I like situations where the whole picture is initially unclear and needs to be translated into decisions, priorities, and daily execution. At the same time, I am highly practical. Thinking matters, but what matters most is that things move forward and get done.

As a leader, I am coaching-oriented and people-focused. I believe strong performance is built on trust, clear goals, and a functional rhythm: what we are aiming for, who owns what, how progress is measured, and when we pause to adjust.

I want people to have room to do their work well without constant reactive firefighting. That is why I prefer building structures that make success likely, instead of relying on individual heroics.

I believe leadership is built in three layers: at the core is leader identity (values and foundation), around it leadership style (how you lead people and change), and on the outer layer tools (concrete ways of working in daily execution).

The model also reflects a development cycle: experiences -> feedback and metrics -> reflection -> updating tools and ways of working. This is how leadership evolves in practice and creates clarity, trust, and outcomes.

My strengths are systems thinking, problem-solving, and execution. I can connect strategic and practical levels: clarify direction, break it into actionable steps, and lead change through in a controlled way.

In collaboration, I naturally build trust across stakeholders and make sure people understand why something is being done, not only what is being done.

I am also a person with pace. I get energized quickly and move fast, which is why I value reflection, feedback, and deliberate pauses before accelerating. I do my best work with smart people, open discussion, and a shared direction.

Outside work, movement and nature keep my head clear. Skiing, running, and gym training balance everyday life, and fly fishing is my counterweight where patience and presence are central. The same themes show up at work: long-term game, rhythm, and preserving energy for the moments that matter most.
